Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How to start one

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Where the courier allows it we will arrange a pickup; otherwise we will share a return address.

Refunds

Once the item is back with us and checked, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item. You will not be asked to ship it back first.

Not returnable

Made-to-order and custom-embroidered items, unless they arrive faulty.
